Tour timeline and details:
Your adventure starts at Windhoek airport with a friendly welcome from your guide, who will share the itinerary. The group take on the gravel road with stunning scenery along the way. We’ll stop at Solitaire for its famous apple pie and lunch. We’ll end the day with a sundowner while watching the sunset over the desert.

We rise early and journey to the Namib Naukluft Park, the third largest park in Africa, to witness the awe-inspiring sunrise. You will have the opportunity to climb the famous dunes at Deadvlei or wander through the flatlands to uncover this unique and remarkable region. Enjoy a picnic lunch set against the backdrop of the desert, often shared with various bird species and Oryx. On our return to the lodge, we will take a detour to visit the Sesriem Canyon, shaped by sedimentary rock. Afterward, we will head back to the lodge for a relaxing afternoon.

After a relaxed morning and breakfast we will leave the desert behind and retrace our steps back to Windhoek.
We will stop at Solitaire for a break, then continue across the hills, with time for photo opportunities along the way. Arrive back in Windhoek mid-afternoon and we will finish the tour with a lovely dinner.

Today your journey ends and your guide will take you to the airport for your departure time. With a full and refreshed heart you head back home.
